What's covered
Our guarantee addresses hereditary and congenital conditions covered by the testing performed on your puppy's parents. We go through the exact written terms with every family individually at the time of reservation, so you have the specific language in hand — not a generic summary — before you commit to a puppy.
What we ask of you
A vet visit within the first several days of bringing your puppy home (see bringing your puppy home) and keeping up with routine veterinary care. That's what keeps a guarantee meaningful for both sides — it's a partnership, not a one-way promise.
If something comes up
If a covered issue does surface, call us directly. We'd rather work through it with you by phone than have you find out how the guarantee works for the first time in a stressful moment. That's also exactly why we walk through the written terms in full before you reserve, so there's no surprise later.
